Regional Sales Head

Role Overview: Airef Systems Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Sales Executive. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying and developing business opportunities with both new and existing customers in the AHU/HVAC market. Your responsibilities will include coordinating trade shows, evaluating market potential, completing sales calls, and acquiring new customers. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop business opportunities with new and existing customers in the AHU/HVAC market - Coordinate and/or participate in trade shows and marketing/sales seminars - Evaluate market potential and find sales opportunities in related sectors such as food and beverage processing, process cooling, hospitals, Pharma, Hospitality, etc. - Complete sales calls to generate new business and strengthen existing relationships - Acquire new customers by showcasing the company's offerings and discovering new opportunities Qualifications: - Graduate Degree (Preferably B.Tech/BE) - Familiarity with the HVAC industry, especially AHU and related equipment, and demonstrate the ability to quickly acquire necessary knowledge and skills - Self-motivated, independent, aggressive, and results-oriented - Willingness to reside in the respective territory, possess own vehicle, and travel to remote project locations - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new programs - Ability to handle customer inquiries - BBA/MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage - B2B Technical Sales experience preferred,
