Currently we are hiring as Accounts Manager. Job Location: Bangalore_ Basaveshwara Nagar Industry: IT Education: CA/ M.Com/ B.com etc. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial & Accounting Operations: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, general ledger maintenance, and monthly closing. Supervise accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records in Tally/ERP systems. Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records and timely monthly/yearly closures. 2. Compliance & Controls: Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns – GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, etc. Support tax assessments, internal and statutory audits. Maintain compliance with Indian Accounting Standards and company policies. 3. HR And Payroll: Manage employee records, on boarding, exit formalities, and payroll processing by integrating key functions with tech tools. Oversee HR documents digitization Spearhead periodic HR policy review and updation Attendance trackers with an automatic escalation matrix focusing on leaves and WFH policies Formulate SOP for on boarding, training , reporting hierarchy , KT etc. Ensure compliance with labour laws – Shops & Establishment Act, PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc. Support performance review processes and employee engagement initiatives. Maintain HR MIS and assist in HR policy implementation and compliance. 4. MIS Reporting & Data Analytics: Prepare and present monthly MIS reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Variance Analysis. Use Excel/BI tools to analyze financial data, trends, and performance indicators. Provide actionable insights to support business strategy and improve efficiency. Design and automate dashboards to streamline reporting. Support forecasting, budgeting, and cost control analysis. 5. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a small team of accountants and admin staff. Allocate tasks, review work, and ensure timely delivery of financial processes. Conduct training and performance reviews to enhance team capabilities. 5. Coordination & Support: Liaise with banks, auditors, vendors, and government departments. Collaborate with other departments for budgeting and cost control. Lead audits (internal/statutory/tax) and coordinate with auditors and consultants. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or higher; M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred. 5-8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a team lead role. Strong proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting tools; familiarity with BI reporting tools is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights to non-finance stakeholders. Strong organizational and leadership qualities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
