About the Role:

Herbal Creations is looking for an experienced Accounts Lead to manage and oversee the complete Accounts & Finance function. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in export accounting, documentation, compliance, GST, audits, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the accounts team.
• Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including bookkeeping, finalization of accounts, and reporting.
• Handle export documentation & compliance (mandatory).
• Oversee GST, TDS, audits, taxation, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external agencies.
• Implement internal controls and ensure process compliance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10–12 years of experience in Accounts/Finance.
• Mandatory experience in export accounting and export documentation.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and financial compliance.
• Leadership abilities with experience managing teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
