Senior Accounts Manager

Role Overview: As an Accounts and Finance Executive, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and provide support for financial planning and reporting processes. You should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and budgeting practices to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily accounting operations such as ledger posting, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations - Prepare and review GST returns, TDS filings, and ensure compliance with other statutory requirements - Maintain accurate documentation for all financial transactions - Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities - Monitor cash flow and assess working capital requirements - Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports - Support financial analysis and prepare MIS reports - Coordinate with banks and financial institutions when necessary Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations - Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment Please note that this job is full-time and permanent, with day and morning shifts at an in-person work location.,
