Job Description

As the Regional Sales Head at MicroMitti in Indore, you will play a crucial role in leading the sales operations, driving revenue, and nurturing a high-performing sales team. MicroMitti is a pioneering PropTech company focused on making fractional ownership and institutional-grade real estate accessible to retail investors, with a vision to create long-term wealth through strategic investments in high-growth real estate assets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in Indore and surrounding regions. - Identify new market opportunities, drive sales initiatives, and execute effective sales campaigns. - Lead and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. - Monitor and optimize sales performance to ensure quarterly and annual sales targets are met. - Build, mentor, and manage a team of high-performing real estate sales professionals. - Provide training, coaching, and motivation to ensure the team exceeds performance benchmarks. - Drive B2C and B2B sales, targeting HNIs, family offices, institutional investors, and retail clients. - Develop strong relationships with real estate brokers, channel partners, and corporate clients. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine sales strategies. - Utilize CRM tools to track sales pipelines, customer interactions, and team performance. **Key Performance Indicators (KPI):** - Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Maintain a strong sales pipeline with a high lead-to-conversion ratio. - Build and retain a high-performing sales team with measurable productivity improvements. - Increase client base through direct sales, partnerships, and referrals. - Expand MicroMitti's presence in Indore and surrounding Tier-2/3 cities. - Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and referral business. - Optimize sales operations, CRM adoption, and reporting accuracy. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - 10+ years of experience in real estate sales with reputed developers, brokerage firms, or property investment firms. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in high-value real estate transactions. - Strong leadership, team-building, and performance management skills. - Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities. - Experience in working with HNIs, family offices, institutional investors, and channel partners. - Deep market knowledge of Indore's real estate landscape. - Proficiency in CRM tools, data-driven decision-making, and sales forecasting.,
