The incumbent will be responsible to sell the product by establishing contact and building relationships with prospects. Role & responsibilities Understanding of the Educational Dynamics of the market and the area. Understanding of the Channel network and Industrial Areas of the market. Sell product by establishing contact and building relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. Develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc. Follow up after sanctioning on regular receipts of payment Display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations Deliverables • Achieve Target conversion on Appointment • Login, Login to Sanction & Sanction • Disbursement. • Manage the relationship and source leads as per the defined target. • Target achievement on monthly collection efficiencies across. • Nil customer service issues. • Team Training and education of policies and product across his team members. Preferred candidate profile At least 4-6 years of relevant experience (Sales) in any kind of service or sale of product to Education Institutions/industries. Existing relationships with educational institution could be additional advantage. Knowledge of Lending Business especially Education Institution Loan could be additional advantage. Min Qualification required is Graduation Experience in LAP loans and Educational Institution loan

Job DescriptionThe incumbent will be responsible to lead the team. Underwriting/recommending of proposals for non-collateral/collateral profiles. Manage the outsource agencies and ensure TAT is maintained by these agencies. Role & responsibilities Managing team of Credit managers Credit Appraisal Underwriting/recommending of proposals for non-collateral/collateral backed education loan Process & Initiatives Understanding process and policies and implementing the same to ensure smooth transactions Training- Provide training to internal team and channels/DSTs. Provide regular training to outsource agencies so that they work in synergy with the companies policies and norms Delinquency Management for the entire State Portfolio Management – Monitoring the performance of portfolio and suggest changes to adapt to maintain the quality of portfolio Vendor / Cost management – managing the outsource agencies and ensure TAT is maintained by these agencies Quality Management in terms of Audit, Compliance and Hind sighting PDD Management – controlling and tracking PDDs through proper MIS for the location Preferred candidate profile 8-10 years of Underwriting experience in lending Business. Experience in mortgage industry will be an added advantage.
