Cátenon, a Global Executive Search Firm (catenon.in) is looking for a Consultant to join our Pune office. The role combines full-cycle recruitment, candidate management and client management. Responsibilities Recruitment: ​1. To implement a search strategy for sourcing candidates via multiple channels for extremely challenging positions around the globe for our clients across all industry verticals ​2. To conduct company mapping across all verticals 3.​ To leverage our cutting edge technology tools and other social media to reach ​candidates Candidate Relationship Management: ​1​. To interact with candidates from various nationalities and industries in order to evaluate the candidates and motivate them to pursue the opportunity with our clients 2.Headhunting: Finding and approaching candidates for executive or specialist jobs 3.Screening, interviewing and short-listing potential candidates 4.Coaching and leading candidates and clients throughout the hiring process 5.Helping candidates identify and achieve their career goals, and encouraging continuing professional development Client Management: 1. To understand client’s requirements and translate the same into a search and evaluation plan 2.​ Getting to know how client companies operate and understanding their culture ​3​. To present the final evaluated candidates and advise the client on their suitability 4.​ Assist the client in negotiations with the candidates such that we reach optimum outcome for all stakeholders 5. Assist the consultants and clients in bringing the candidates on board Location - Pune / Remote Qualifications - 1.​ A Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline 2.​ 3 to 7 years of end to end recruitment experience with exposure to Account & Client Management 3.​ Ability to build & work with a team 4.​ Excellent English language skills along with good presentation skills 5.​ Ambitious, confident, and results driven along with a positive attitude towards work 6.​ Ability to handle multiple priorities and work within deadlines 7.​ Excellent interpersonal skills and interest in building client relationships Show more Show less
