Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Design and implement innovative sales strategies to penetrate new markets and drive revenue.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a regional sales team to consistently exceed targets.
  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Drive business growth through new client acquisition and long-term relationship management.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research, analyze trends, and adjust tactics to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Talent Development: Recruit top sales talent and implement ongoing training programs to enhance team capabilities.
  • Performance Management: Monitor KPIs and provide strategic guidance for continuous improvement.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, forums, and conferences to boost brand visibility.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 8–10 years in sales leadership, with 5+ years in Aesthetic/Hair/Beauty/Healthcare sectors.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with skincare, cosmetic treatments, and medical devices.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse teams.
  • Sales Expertise: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to engage with C-suite, clinicians, and HNIs.
  • Tech Proficiency: CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), MS Office Suite, and digital sales enablement platforms.
  • Mindset: Results-oriented, customer-centric, and analytically sharp.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
