You have an exciting opportunity as a Regional Sales Head - Aluminium Ingot with a minimum of 10 years of experience. The position is based in Delhi/Mumbai with a lucrative package of up to 75 LPA per month. Your main responsibilities will include Sales & Business Development, where you will need to identify and approach potential customers for aluminium ingot domestically. You must also focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and new clients. Conducting market research to understand customer needs and industry trends will be a crucial part of your role. Client Relationship Management is another key aspect of this position. You will be responsible for providing technical information and product recommendations based on client requirements. It is essential to ensure timely order processing, coordinate deliveries efficiently, and handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively. In terms of Negotiation & Contract Management, you will need to prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients. Market Analysis & Strategy Development will also be part of your responsibilities. This involves monitoring industry trends, competitor pricing, and market demand. You will be required to develop sales strategies to expand market share, improve revenue, and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management. Client and Supplier Management is crucial in this role. You will serve as the primary point of contact for both clients and suppliers, ensuring their satisfaction and building long-term partnerships. Regular follow-ups should be conducted to identify new opportunities and assess ongoing needs.
