Equity Advisor

Role & Responsibilities: Trade execution on behalf of clients on terminal Reactivate dormant clients and acquire new clients (open market, referrals, cold calling) Acquire and manage Demat/Trading accounts (offline & online) Conduct lead generation activities and convert leads into clients Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and UHNI clients Provide advisory services in Equity & Derivatives trading Ensure full compliance with surveillance, risk, and deal desk processes Meet revenue targets and generate consistent brokerage Candidate Expectations: Minimum 2 years of dealing experience in a stock broking environment Strong ability to acquire big-ticket clients and generate revenue (4X revenue achiever preferred) Skilled in managing HNI clients(25 lakhs+) and UHNI portfolio In-depth knowledge of Derivatives Trading Strong sales acumen with a disciplined, ethical approach Mandatory NISM Series 8 certification (Equity Derivatives) Must have completed 10+2+3 years of education Age below 30 years Key Skills: Equity & Derivatives Market Knowledge Client Acquisition & Relationship Management NISM 8 Certification Trade Execution Sales & Revenue Achievement Compliance Knowledge Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred) Experience: NISM Series 8 Certification: 1 year (Required) Equity dealing, track record of client acquisition: 1 year (Required) Equity and Derivatives markets, Execute trade: 1 year (Required) HNIs and UHNIs, sales acumen, meet revenue targets: 1 year (Required) cold calling, open market acquisition, and lead conversion: 1 year (Required) client servicing and advisory roles, : 1 year (Required) Demat/Trading account processes: 1 year (Required) pitching and meeting clients offline and online: 1 year (Required) reactivation of dormant clients, compliance awareness: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Location: Thane, Maharashtra (Required) Work Location: In person
