Key Responsibilities


Institutional Outreach & Business Development


  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to engage with engineering, degree, and management colleges across Karnataka.
  • Conduct regular campus visits to pitch company programs (skill development, internships, FDPs, industry-driven courses, etc.).
  • Build long-term partnerships with Principals, HODs, Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), and Management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure strong brand visibility in academic institutions.


Sales & Revenue Growth


  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual revenue and partnership targets.
  • Drive bulk enrollments of students and faculties into company’s programs.
  • Convert institutional partnerships into sustainable revenue streams (MoUs, workshops, FDPs, training modules, etc.).


Reporting & Coordination


  • Provide weekly/monthly reports on sales pipeline, closures, and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with central teams (Marketing, Product, Academic Delivery) for smooth execution of programs.
  • Ensure all agreements, MoUs, and invoices are completed in a timely manner.
