Role Description We are seeking a full-time Regional Sales Head to oversee and drive sales operations at our Punjab & Chandigarh location. This on-site role entails managing the sales team, developing and implementing regional sales strategies, and identifying growth opportunities. The Regional Sales Head will build and maintain relationships with business partners, ensure sales targets are met, and provide leadership to enhance team performance. Additionally, the role includes monitoring market trends, analyzing sales performance, and collaborating with other departments to align business objectives. Qualifications Sales and Business Development: Strong skills in sales strategy, client acquisition, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets. Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends, assess performance metrics, and develop effective strategies to enhance growth. Communication and Negotiation: Excellent skills in communication, presentation, and negotiation to foster relationships and drive sales. Industry Knowledge: String knowledge/experience in the ceramic/tiles is must. Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus. Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales management software is advantageous.
