🔹 About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Head to lead our Mohali showroom operations. The ideal candidate will be a target-oriented professional with experience in construction, interior, or building materials sales, capable of managing a sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring excellent client service. Experience working in Chandigarh, Mohali, or Ludhiana markets will be considered a strong advantage.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Lead showroom and field sales operations to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and homeowners.

Supervise the sales team and ensure high levels of performance and motivation.

Coordinate with backend, dispatch, and installation teams for seamless order execution.

Drive lead generation, client follow-ups, and quotation conversions.

Analyze local market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities.

Maintain daily/weekly reports on sales performance and pipeline status.

🔹 Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate / MBA preferred.

5–10 years of experience in sales of construction or building materials (e.g., windows, doors, glass, hardware, interiors, etc.).

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Must be comfortable working under target-based performance structures.

Local experience in Chandigarh, Mohali, or Ludhiana will be a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools preferred.
