Job Overview: We at OKNA, are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the system aluminium windows and doors segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building materials, fenestration, or aluminium systems , with expertise in B2B and B2C sales, business development, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the aluminium system windows market. Business Development: Identify and onboard new clients, including architects, builders, contractors, and real estate developers. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term partnerships. Market Research & Expansion: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Lead Conversion: Handle inquiries, provide product presentations, and convert potential leads into sales. Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and manage the junior sales team to enhance productivity and performance. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, production, and technical teams to align sales strategies with company goals. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales performance, forecasts, and client interactions through CRM tools. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the aluminium windows/doors, building materials, or construction industry. Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of system aluminium profiles, glazing solutions, and fenestration trends. Networking Skills: Strong connections with architects, contractors, and developers of Tricity area are a plus. Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals. Target-Oriented: Ability to work under pressure and meet or exceed sales targets. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital sales tools.
