Open Position : We are looking for Regional Sales Head for leading Fertilizer & Pesticides manufacturing Company. Job Location: Uttar Pradesh Qualification: B.Sc. / MSc Agriculture or Agronomy, MBA in Agribusiness Management Min- Max experience : 20-25 years sales experience in pesticide and fertilizer products, Exposure to rural market and geography is important. Core Competencies Meeting with dealers as per schedule : Forming strong sales team in various areas of Rajasthan. Discussing about the sales trend/farmers responses/crop pattern/monsoon conditions and planning the liquidation strategies, checking the stock availabilities at the warehouse, gathering insight on the potential customers to plan the promotional activities, discussing about pending payments and expediting collection.
