Position: Chef De Partie (Continental) Brand: Red Rhino Location: Whitefield, Bangalore Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef De Partie (Continental) to join our kitchen team at Red Rhino, Whitefield. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing and presenting Continental dishes with attention to detail and quality. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook Continental dishes as per recipes and standards. Maintain food quality, hygiene, and presentation at all times. Assist the Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations. Train and guide junior staff when required. Ensure proper storage and cleanliness in the kitchen section. Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in a similar role. Good knowledge of Continental cuisine. Team player with a positive attitude. Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
