As a dynamic and result-driven individual, you will be responsible for leading revenue growth and business expansion as the Head of Sales at Red Rhino, a leading craft brewery and kitchen based in Hyderabad. With a focus on developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building key relationships, you will play a crucial role in driving topline growth and brand visibility. Your passion for craft beer and brand building will be a key asset in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive topline growth and brand visibility. - Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion markets. - Build and manage key relationships with distributors, event partners, and corporate clients. - Oversee sales performance metrics and forecast revenue goals. - Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets. - Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to plan activations, promotions, and events. - Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer insights to refine sales strategies. Desired Skills & Experience: - 8-12 years of proven experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or brewery sector. - Strong understanding of on-trade and off-trade sales dynamics. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans. - Entrepreneurial approach with a passion for craft beer and brand building.
