Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Sales based in Ahmednagar, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Head of Sales will oversee and manage sales operations, create strategic plans to achieve sales targets, and lead the sales team effectively. Responsibilities include handling account management, conducting sales analysis, and driving the overall sales efforts across the organization. The role also involves mentoring and developing the sales team to ensure they meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends and sales data
• Experience in Team Management, including leadership and mentoring abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience within the construction industry is a plus
