In-House Content Creator (Full-Time / Part-Time)

About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a creative storyteller to join the Red Rhino tribe!
As our In-House Content Creator, you’ll be the eyes and voice behind our brewery’s social presence — capturing the energy, craft, and chaos that make Red Rhino what it is. From brewing sessions and bartender flair to live gigs and food moments, you’ll bring the Red Rhino vibe alive through your lens.

What You’ll Do

• Create engaging photo and video content from day-to-day brewery life, events, and team moments.
• Capture and edit reels, stories, and posts for social media.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content calendars and campaign shoots.
• Cover behind-the-scenes action — from brewing magic to bar takeovers.
• Work on storytelling concepts that highlight Red Rhino’s culture, people, and craft.
• Stay on top of trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.

What We’re Looking For

• Someone with a strong creative eye and love for storytelling.
• Basic skills in photo/video editing (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.).
• Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
• A people person who can make even candid moments look cool.
• Prior experience in content creation, photography, or social media is a plus.
• Flexible availability for events, shoots, and spontaneous brewery moments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
