Position: Chef De Partie (Continental)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef De Partie (Continental) to join our kitchen team at Red Rhino, Whitefield. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing and presenting Continental dishes with attention to detail and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook Continental dishes as per recipes and standards.
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and presentation at all times.
• Assist the Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Train and guide junior staff when required.
• Ensure proper storage and cleanliness in the kitchen section.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Continental cuisine.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
