Collaborating with the marketing team, you will contribute to content calendars, campaign shoots, and storytelling concepts that highlight our culture and craft. Key Responsibilities: - Create compelling photo and video content depicting day-to-day brewery life, events, and team moments. - Edit reels, stories, and posts for social media platforms. - Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content calendars and campaign shoots. - Cover behind-the-scenes activities ranging from brewing processes to bar takeovers. - Develop storytelling concepts that emphasize Red Rhino's culture, people, and craft. - Stay updated on current trends and bring innovative ideas to the creative process. Qualifications Required: - Strong creative eye and passion for storytelling. - Proficiency in photo/video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc. - Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, etc. - Ability to capture candid moments and make them visually appealing. - Previous experience in content creation, photography, or social media would be advantageous. - Flexibility in schedule for events, shoots, and spontaneous brewery activities.
