Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation:

    Conceptualize, plan, and produce high-quality video and photo content tailored for various digital platforms, especially Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social channels.
  • Campaign Management:

    Manage the monthly content calendar and align deliverables with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activities.
  • Video Production:

    Shoot, edit, and publish engaging short-form and long-form videos including reels, tutorials, testimonials, and product highlight clips.
  • Photography:

    Capture product, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes photos that are visually appealing and brand-consistent.
  • Creative Storytelling:

    Translate marketing objectives into creative stories that resonate with audiences while maintaining Dermatouch’s brand tone.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content is aligned with brand strategy.
  • Trendspotting:

    Stay up to date with social media trends, viral content ideas, and beauty/skincare industry content styles to keep Dermatouch relevant and ahead of the curve.
  • Performance Monitoring:

    Track and analyze the performance of content, optimizing future strategies for higher engagement and reach.


Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in content creation, preferably within the

    beauty, skincare, or lifestyle

    industry.
  • Strong knowledge of

    video production, editing, and social media content trends

    .
  • Proficiency in tools such as

    Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), CapCut, and Canva

    .
  • Ability to handle end-to-end production: ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail with a passion for storytelling.
  • Familiarity with influencer collaborations, brand aesthetics, and visual marketing strategies will be a plus.
