Job Title: Executive Assistant – Operations & Projects Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 3–6 years Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant – Operations & Execution Lead to work closely with the Founder’s Office at Dermatouch. This role goes beyond administrative support, acting as a strategic right-hand to the founders by driving operational efficiency, managing cross-functional projects, overseeing facilities, and ensuring seamless execution of key business initiatives. You will be at the heart of the action, ensuring that organizational priorities are translated into timely and effective execution. Key Responsibilities: Operations & Execution Coordinate end-to-end execution of key projects initiated by the founders across departments such as Logistics, Customer Experience, HR, and Sales. Track, report, and ensure timely delivery of OKRs and KPIs for strategic initiatives. Identify operational inefficiencies and help build or streamline processes to improve outcomes. Prepare dashboards, reports, and trackers for ongoing execution workstreams. Project & Facility Management Act as the single point of contact for facility setup, maintenance, vendor management, and office operational readiness. Plan and manage expansion projects, relocations, or special office initiatives. Handle procurement, inventory control, and budgeting for operational expenses. Cross-functional Collaboration Liaise between departments to ensure smooth execution of shared goals. Coordinate with external partners and vendors as needed. Ensure accountability across teams by following up on tasks, meetings, and deadlines. Founder Support Represent the Founder’s Office in operational discussions and drive execution on behalf of the leadership. Maintain confidentiality and manage high-impact organizational information and action plans. Assist in calendar scheduling, meeting follow-ups, and stakeholder coordination where required. Skills & Qualifications: 3–6 years of experience in operations/project management/executive assistance roles. Prior experience in fast-growing startups, D2C, retail, or consumer brands preferred. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, and task management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, etc.) Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in a high-velocity, ambiguity-rich environment. A “get-it-done” attitude and exceptional follow-through. Prefer to have: Familiarity with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Shopify, and CRM platforms. Understanding of procurement, office compliance, or vendor contracts.
