We’re looking for a dynamic and result-driven Head of Sales to lead our revenue growth and business expansion across regions — with Hyderabad as the base location.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive topline growth and brand visibility.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion markets.
• Build and manage key relationships with distributors, event partners, and corporate clients.
• Oversee sales performance metrics and forecast revenue goals.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to plan activations, promotions, and events.
• Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer insights to refine sales strategies.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 8–12 years of proven experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or brewery sector.
• Strong understanding of on-trade and off-trade sales dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Entrepreneurial approach with a passion for craft beer and brand building.
