Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Compression Molding Specialist to work in the Ahmednagar Plant. The specialist will be responsible for operating compression molding machines, ensuring the quality and accuracy of produced parts, maintaining equipment, and troubleshooting any mechanical issues. The role involves collaborating closely with the engineering team to optimize production processes, documenting production data, and adhering to safety standards.
