Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Compression Molding Specialist to work in the Ahmednagar Plant. The specialist will be responsible for operating compression molding machines, ensuring the quality and accuracy of produced parts, maintaining equipment, and troubleshooting any mechanical issues. The role involves collaborating closely with the engineering team to optimize production processes, documenting production data, and adhering to safety standards. Qualifications Experience in operating compression molding machines and maintaining equipment Manage team of labors and engineers, supervisors Skills in quality control and precision measurement Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Knowledge of production process optimization and lean manufacturing principles Excellent attention to detail and organization skills Strong communication and teamwork skills Relevant technical education or certification in a related field is preferred Experience in the plastics manufacturing industry is a plus Opening Levels: Moulding Manager- 1 Sr. Moulding Engineer-2 Quality Senior: -1 Post Moulding Engineer:-2 Line Inspection Engineer:1 If you are interested, we can talk about a telephonic technical round.
