Sales Executive – Mohali
📍 Location: Mohali | 🕒 Type: Full-Time
📢 Department: Sales | Reports to: BDM / Branch Head
OKNA, a premium aluminium window & door brand, is looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our high-performing team in Mohali.
Your Role:
🔹 Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and referrals.
🔹 Consult with clients (architects, designers, builders) to understand project needs and recommend tailored solutions.
🔹 Present our cutting-edge aluminium systems with confidence and clarity.
🔹 Achieve sales targets while ensuring a smooth client experience from inquiry to order closure.
🔹 Collaborate with internal teams for proposals, pricing, BOQs, and timely execution.
🔹 Stay updated on market trends and competitors to help drive strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or similar.
✅ 0–2 years of experience in sales, BD, or client servicing (freshers welcome!).
✅ Excellent communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office & CRM; ability to travel locally.
