Job Description

As a General Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales strategy and plans for the region. Your responsibilities will include customer acquisition, revenue growth, ensuring process and regulatory compliance, people management, and maintenance of records and MIS reports. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop business plans on a quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis for the state, focusing on revenue achievement and revenue mix - Plan and execute manpower planning and recruitment in alignment with the business plan - Create short-term and long-term sales and penetration plans for the assigned state in coordination with the Zonal Business Head - Handle budgeting and monitor capital and operational expenditure at the state level, with a focus on consolidating financials for revenues and costs - Provide inputs for corporate-level risk rating, identify state-level risks, track risk management measures, and implement mitigation mechanisms - Implement and monitor unified code of conduct Sa-dhan, MFIN, and RBI guidelines - Implement and monitor Client Protection Principles and track credit bureau reports - Build the capacity and capability of staff in the respective state through regional and branch process and product training - Manage a team of front-line sales personnel to ensure channel partners meet the company's requirements in terms of policies, procedures, infrastructure, and activities - Focus on cost control and drive profitability at branch and regional levels - Drive business growth through the identification and development of new undiscovered markets and segments - Willingness to travel within the area of operation for a minimum of 10 days in a month **Qualification Required:** - M.B.A. If you are a seasoned professional with 6 years or more of experience as a Divisional Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager, or Territory Manager in any MFI, NBFC, or Banking sector, we encourage you to apply.
