3- Appoint the Business partner in un-represented area. - work closely make them grow
4- Regional target setting & achieving the monthly, Quarterly, annual targets
1- Building high performing sales team in region
2- Motivating the Business partners to promote Mosil as priority principal, getting the target achievement.
3- Retaining and growing existing customer sales
4- Generating and closing the opportunities
5- Focus on Specialty products also getting sales on commodity products
Primary sales generation through BP
6- Conduct the seminars, demos, customer meets
7- Drive the large projects independently also get involved with team for projects
