Profile Overview:

Regional Manager


Roles & Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Lead, train, and manage a high-performing team of 10–12 sales professionals.

• Acquire new customers across hotels, resorts, and hospitality groups.

• Ensure client retention through effective account management and customer success initiatives.

• Foster strong business relationships with key accounts to enhance satisfaction and reduce churn.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, and Customer Success) for growth opportunities.

• Monitor and analyze regional sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and organize skill development programs for the sales team.

• Represent the company at regional hospitality, travel tech, and business networking events.

• Manage budgets efficiently and ensure maximum return on sales investments.


Key Skills & Competencies:

B2B sales within Hospitality Tech

• Experience in managing multi-location regional sales teams.

• Strong skills in forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM usage (HubSpot/Salesforce).

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.

• Inspirational leadership and team-building abilities.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.


Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 6–8 years of regional/area sales experience, with at least 3 years in hospitality tech or SaaS domain.

• Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Sound understanding of hospitality operations and technology platforms (PMS, CRS, channel managers, etc.).

• Ability to adapt quickly to evolving market conditions and emerging technologies.
