Role & responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
    • Oversee the execution of sales plans and ensure they align with market trends and customer needs.
    • Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the organizations reach.
    • Team Leadership:

    • Lead, mentor, and manage the B2B sales team, including regional and sector-specific teams.
    • Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and career development to the sales team.
    • Foster a high-performance culture focused on results, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

    • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key B2B clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Identify and close new business opportunities while growing existing client accounts.
    • Ensure the team effectively manages and renews contracts, driving both short-term and long-term growth.
    • Sales Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales effectiveness and team performance.
    • Monitor and analyze sales metrics,providing regular updates to senior management on sales activities, progress, and forecasts.
    • Utilize CRM tools and data analytics to track customer engagement, sales activities, and revenue generation.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align efforts and ensure the delivery of customer value.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and successful implementation of sales strategies.
    • Market Insights & Competitor Analysis:

    • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for product and service innovations based on customer feedback and market demand.
    • Budget & Resource Management:

    • Manage the B2B sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet sales targets.
    • Optimize the use of tools, technologies and personnel to improve productivity and sales outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in B2B sales
    • Proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies in a B2B environment.
    • HEALTHCARE EXP. IS PREFERRED
