Your responsibilities will include processing invoices through NetSuite using the Zone invoice automation tool for validation and approval routing. You will manage incoming invoice inquiries via Google Workspace, ensuring timely and professional responses. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining vendor records in NetSuite, managing employee reimbursements via Concur, participating in month-end close processes, and supporting audits as required. To be successful in this role, you should have proficiency with NetSuite and experience with Zone or similar invoice automation tools. Experience with Concur or other expense reimbursement platforms is also preferred. Strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and willingness to contribute to a supportive team culture are essential qualities we are looking for. You should also be reliable, punctual, and able to effectively manage your time in a remote or hybrid work environment.
