Role & responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Oversee the execution of sales plans and ensure they align with market trends and customer needs. Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the organizations reach. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the B2B sales team, including regional and sector-specific teams. Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and career development to the sales team. Foster a high-performance culture focused on results, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key B2B clients, partners, and stakeholders. Identify and close new business opportunities while growing existing client accounts. Ensure the team effectively manages and renews contracts, driving both short-term and long-term growth. Sales Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales effectiveness and team performance. Monitor and analyze sales metrics,providing regular updates to senior management on sales activities, progress, and forecasts. Utilize CRM tools and data analytics to track customer engagement, sales activities, and revenue generation. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align efforts and ensure the delivery of customer value. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and successful implementation of sales strategies. Market Insights & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Provide insights and recommendations for product and service innovations based on customer feedback and market demand. Budget & Resource Management: Manage the B2B sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet sales targets. Optimize the use of tools, technologies and personnel to improve productivity and sales outcomes. Preferred candidate profile Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. Experience: Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in B2B sales Proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies in a B2B environment. HEALTHCARE EXP. IS PREFERRED
