About the Role:


What Youll Be Doing

  • Own full recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and offer process.
  • Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing channels.
  • Collaborate with teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that into a
  • positive candidate and interviewer experience.
  • Maintain data integrity and report recruiting metrics as needed.
  • Build processes that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to come.
  • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism.


What We Look for In You

  • 3-5 yrs years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally from product org / Start ups or high-growth tech environment.
  • MBA / Post Graduate degree is mandatory
  • Experience working with Sales teams and hiring for Sales roles, including but not limited to Strategic, Presales, Business Development, Business Strategy & Marketing role
  • Experience coaching hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans.
  • Passion and understanding of technology as well as digital currency.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Have research experience and Proven track record of successfully delivering against goals within the given deadlines
  • Strong Talent Sourcing experience across geographies
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to be flexible and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

  • Highly organized, to respond to the variety and volume of responsibility
  • Communicative, to engage and provide an advisory cover to senior stakeholders, managers and employees.
  • Comfortable working occasionally in ambiguous circumstances to forge innovation and ideas
  • Highly proficient at analyzing people-related data sets (such as the talent pipeline) to draw out answers/themes and an advanced user of MS Excel
  • Creative and willing to try new ideas
  • Knowledgeable about Talent acquisition/HR practices;
  • Service-oriented, with proven project management and organizational skills
  • Possessing advanced Excel skills (including expert knowledge in using macros etc.)
  • Strong in analytical skills, with the ability to review and present analytics to influence decisions
  • Detail-oriented, with proven ability to deliver analysis
