Know more about us - www.worldhire.com - A Khaitan Infotech Venture Role Overview: We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Assistant Manager / Manager – Recruitment to lead a high- performing team and also contribute individually to key mandates. You will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, mentoring your team, and ensuring closure of strategic positions across technology, product, data, and leadership roles in the fintech, BFSI, Technology domain. Key Responsibilities:  Team Leadership: o Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve targets and deliver high-quality outcomes. o Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development. o Monitor recruitment metrics and ensure best practices are followed across the team.  End-to-End Recruitment: o Work on senior-level and strategic roles within fintech – including tech, product, analytics, and leadership roles. o Engage in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates with speed and precision. o Ensure a superior candidate and client experience throughout the hiring process.  Client Management: o Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients. o Act as a recruitment advisor to stakeholders and hiring managers. o Understand client needs deeply and translate them into actionable hiring plans.  Process Optimization: o Drive continuous improvements in sourcing strategies and recruitment processes. o Leverage tools, tech platforms, and data to enhance efficiency and performance. Ideal Candidate:  3–8 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or mentoring role.  Strong exposure to fintech or tech hiring is highly preferred.  Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results under pressure.  Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.  Passionate about building careers and scaling teams in the fintech space.
