Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process by identifying and attracting top talent. Key responsibilities include conducting interviews, assessing candidate qualifications, and coordinating the recruitment process. The role also involves collaborating with hiring managers, developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, and providing training to new hires.

• Strong Interviewing and Communication skills
• Skills in Training and onboarding new employees
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and hiring managers
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the HR or recruitment industry is a plus
