Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Delhi.
The ideal candidate will have 2 to 6 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a strong background in the BPO/Call Centre industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage job postings, resumes, and candidate communications.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
