What You'll Be Doing
Your experience will cover managing the end to end recruitment process of running complex Vendor Managed MSP programs, across multiple remote and local locations, dealing with senior stakeholders and all coordination and admin of the account.You will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent for various roles within our client's organization across India. The successful candidate will partner with a Recruitment Coordinator and be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to hiring and onboarding.
Functions & Responsibilities
Services Delivery
- To be accountable for the service delivery of the Robert Walters team and relationship management with the client at all levels.
- Management of the vendor managed recruitment process
- To provide superior service and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Delivering full compliance with the Service Level Agreement Between Robert Walters and the client
- Act as central point of contact for escalated issue resolution
Client Drives & Initiatives
- Regularly meeting with stakeholders, hiring managers, partners to promote the new recruitment model
- Continue to develop the Resource Solutions profile within MMC
- Building and maintaining internal relationships with the client
- Acting as the interface to HR community / Line Management / Robert Walters Management.
Process
- Educating the stakeholders for the new recruitment process
- Full management of the vendor recruitment cycle
- Management of the agencies - ensuring they are adhering to their program requirements
- Manage the entire recruitment process i.e. job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviews, salary proposal creation, offer negotiation and pre-boarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Utilize data and market insights to advise and assist hiring managers in their decision-making and understanding of the candidate mark
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future positions
- Manage candidate communication and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Compliance of the hiring process, and polici Daily utilization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment metrics
- Dealing with all extensions / terminations
- Induction of the new workers
- Dealing with any query management / escalations
- Management of the shared inbox (if necessary)
- Responsible and accountable for the integrity of data on all recruitment related systems, Robert Walters or client systems
- Running any ad-hoc reports for the client
Other duties which are reasonably within the capabilities of a staff member in this position may need to be performed from time to time, in addition to or instead of the above duties. Required Skills & Experience
- At least 6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally with in-house recruitment or RPO experience
- Experience working in the Insurance industry is preferabl
- A proven track record of meeting recruitment metrics / KPIs
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, human resources, and candidates
- A passion in using data to present candidate market insights
- Experience in utilizing an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.
