Job Description

As a Recruitment Partner at the Gurgaon location with 8-12 years of experience, you will be an individual contributor responsible for end-to-end hiring for Retail (store-based) volume hiring. Your key responsibilities will include: - Stakeholder management: Build strong rapport by being responsive and solution-oriented. - Drive employer branding initiatives: Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience across all stages of the recruitment process. - Track key recruitment metrics: Monitor metrics such as time-to-fill, Diversity, offer-to-join ratio, etc. - Utilize data-driven insights: Improve hiring strategies and operational effectiveness based on data analysis. - Prepare monthly/quarterly dashboards: Create reports for business reviews. - Track and ensure TA metrics: Monitor diversity hiring, internal mobility, referral program, etc. You will report to the Senior Manager Talent Acquisition.
