The role of an HR Recruiter at Exela involves the responsibility of Recruitment & Employee Engagement. As an HR Recruiter, you will be required to utilize various methods to identify and attract high-quality candidates for both bulk and lateral recruitments. You will work closely with different stakeholders to obtain updates on forecasted open positions within the organization. Your duties will also include determining job offer details, negotiating terms, preparing offer letters, and extending offers to selected candidates. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, which includes conducting background verifications and induction programs. Furthermore, as an HR Recruiter, you will be expected to drive the Employee Referral Program to encourage greater participation from existing employees. You will also be involved in creating and publishing monthly Employee Referral calendars and organizing various employee engagement activities such as open houses, rewards & recognition programs, company events, contests, branding initiatives, and CSR activities. In this role, you will handle confirmation processes, address grievances, manage escalations, and handle attrition cases effectively. Providing timely and constructive feedback to employees and ensuring follow-up actions are taken promptly will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting exit formalities, including exit interviews with departing employees. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business, or a related field. Prior Experience in B2C Sales, revenue generation, leads conversion, referral program, patient experience, customer retention as well. Proven experience in healthcare, wellness, or clinic management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to drive sales, patient conversions, and implement growth strategies. Customer-focused with a strong understanding of patient needs and experience.
