Job Description

You are invited to apply for the position of Domestic Recruitment Manager at V3 for their internal requirements. As a Domestic Recruitment Manager, your main responsibilities will include: - Handling End-End Recruitments. - Managing stakeholders such as Hiring Managers, Back-end Delivery team, candidate management, etc. - Utilizing your 8-12 years of recruitment experience and excellent knowledge of various IT domains. - Demonstrating effective Convincing and negotiation skills. - Conducting Bulk Hiring. - Developing different recruitment strategies. - Collaborating with clients to understand their hiring needs and devising recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. - Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. - Leading a team of recruiters, providing coaching and feedback to achieve individual and team targets. - Overseeing the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. - Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to recruitment and selection. - Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and selection. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in recruitment systems and databases. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. - Minimum of 8 years of recruitment experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial/Lead role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong leadership and people management skills. - Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful recruitment strategies. - Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies like applicant tracking systems and social media recruitment platforms. - Knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and metrics.
