Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and high-volume roles. Implement proactive sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates. 3. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience Work on employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice. Enhance candidate experience by ensuring smooth interview and onboarding processes. Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment drives. 4. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting Track key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire. Generate recruitment dashboards and reports for senior management. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize recruitment efficiency. 5. Team Management & Vendor Coordination Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals. Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors. Negotiate contracts with recruitment partners to ensure cost-effectiveness.
