Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

1.

Oversee end-to-end recruitment for leadership and critical roles.
Develop talent pipelines, succession plans, and retention strategies.

2.

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Drive organizational development initiatives to support growth and transformation.

3.

Lead the performance appraisal process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Implement performance improvement plans and coaching programs.

4.

Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
Address employee grievances and ensure compliance with labour laws.

Preferred candidate profile:

Over 16 years of experience in Human Resources, with a
strong focus on senior leadership hiring
, succession planning, and talent pipeline development for critical positions. At least 5 years in a strategic HR leadership role.
Proven track record of working at the corporate level in large-scale organizations,
managing leadership hiring both domestically and internationally.
Well-versed in modern recruitment technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and digital sourcing tools.
In-depth knowledge of labour laws, with demonstrated expertise in talent management, policy formulation, and driving operational excellence across HR functions.
