Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets and quality benchmarks.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Domestic Non-IT roles across various industries.
• Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and deliver suitable profiles in a timely manner.
• Allocate work to team members and monitor daily performance and productivity.
• Conduct training sessions for junior recruiters as and when required.
• Ensure proper use of recruitment tools and adherence to company processes.
• Maintain candidate data and reports using Excel and internal tracking systems.
• Manage client communication effectively and maintain strong business relationships.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate/MBA/M.com having minimum 75% or above in 12th class exams.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Domestic Non-IT recruitment.
• Prior experience in leading a recruitment team is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Well groomed recruiter with fluency in Hindi and English.
• Proficient in MS Excel and able to generate reports and track metrics.
• Candidates residing in Noida, East Delhi, South Delhi, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad are preferred.

  9:30 AM- 6:30 PM (1 hour flexible)

• Work Days:

  5.5 days (Monday to Saturday with 2nd & 4th Saturdays Off)
