IT & Non-IT Recruiters

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for
IT & Non-IT roles
for UK-based clients
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and closing candidates
Use job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other professional networks to identify candidates
Understand client requirements and deliver quality profiles within timelines
Coordinate with team leads and clients for interview scheduling and feedback
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

Candidate Profile:

6 months to 5 years of experience in
US or Domestic IT/Non-IT recruitment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with job portals like Naukri, Monster, Indeed, Dice, or similar platforms
Familiarity with recruitment tools and CRM systems
Ready to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Prior exposure to international (UK/US) recruitment will be an added advantage
