Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
  • Screen resumes and applications; conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate with hiring managersto understand job requirements
  • Manage the interview process and provide regular updates
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar HR role
  • Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
