Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles such as Data Engineers, Developers, and Technical Project Managers.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring panels and candidates.
Handle offer management, negotiations, and pre-onboarding communication.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR events.
Address employee queries and provide support on HR processes.
Liaise with the central HR team to ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Assist in day-to-day HR operations to ensure seamless functioning at the location.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in technical hiring.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities effectively.
A proactive and collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset.
