Recruitment Manager

As a Domestic Recruitment Specialist for V3's internal requirements, your role will involve handling end-to-end recruitments, managing stakeholders, and utilizing your 8-12 years of recruitment experience with a strong knowledge of various IT domains. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing stakeholders such as Hiring Managers, Back-end Delivery team, and candidate management - Demonstrating effective convincing and negotiation skills - Conducting Bulk Hiring processes - Developing and implementing different recruitment strategies - Collaborating with clients to understand and address their hiring needs - Maintaining client relationships to ensure repeat business - Leading a team of recruiters, providing coaching and feedback to achieve targets - Overseeing the recruitment process from sourcing to selection - Ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices - Keeping abreast of industry trends and recruitment tools - Maintaining accurate records in recruitment systems and databases Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of recruitment experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial/lead role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and people management abilities - Proven success in developing and executing recruitment strategies - Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies - Knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and achieve recruitment targets If you meet these requirements and are enthusiastic about recruitment, we invite you to apply for this challenging opportunity.,
