Job Description

The Recruitment Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing the full recruitment cycle. This role includes developing hiring strategies, leading the recruitment team, coordinating with department heads, and ensuring timely and quality hiring for the organization. Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement effective hiring strategies. Understand manpower needs and create hiring plans accordingly. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for all departments. 2. Team LeadershipManage, guide, and train the recruitment team. Allocate positions, monitor recruiter performance, and ensure targets are met. Conduct regular review meetings and provide feedback. 3. Talent AcquisitionSource candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth selection processes. Negotiate salary offers and finalize selected candidates. 4. Process ManagementManage end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing to onboarding. Maintain recruitment reports, data, and trackers. Ensure all hiring activities comply with company policies and labor laws. Improve recruitment processes through new tools and techniques. 5. Stakeholder CoordinationCollaborate with department heads to understand job requirements. Provide regular updates on hiring status and candidate progress. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners if required. Skills & RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team-handling capabilities. In-depth knowledge of recruitment methods, job portals, and interview techniques. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and decision-making skills. Qualification & ExperienceGraduate / MBA in HR preferred. 2–5+ years of experience in recruitment or HR roles. Prior team-handling experience is an advantage. SalaryAs per industry standards (Fixed + Incentives).
