Position: Talent Acquisition Manager / TA Head/ HR Manager

Role Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the recruitment strategy and ensure timely hiring of skilled professionals across departments and support functions. The role involves partnering closely with management to understand manpower needs, improve hiring efficiency, and uphold employer brand value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process across all business functions.

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent (technical & non-technical).

  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.

  • Drive hiring for critical roles like leadership and lead hiring

  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with company values and role requirements.

  • Oversee recruitment, apprenticeship, and trainee hiring programs.

  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment dashboards for regular reporting to management.

  • Negotiate offers, finalize CTC structures, and ensure smooth onboarding coordination.

  • Build strong relationships with external consultants, job portals, and institutes for talent sourcing.

  • Promote Org as an employer of choice through effective communication and branding initiatives.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, reducing time-to-hire and improving quality of hire.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements in the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate/ MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.

  • Min. 8 - 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.

  • Prior experience in Edtech/sales industry preferred.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, HRMS tools, and online recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
